abn8 Platform Agreement

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and abn8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the abn8 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://abn8.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing any content, or placing any wager on the abn8 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary policies referenced herein such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personalised account registered by a User on the Platform, through which the User may deposit funds, place wagers, and access Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive made available by abn8 to eligible Users, subject to separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by abn8 to validate User identity, age, and source of funds.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency accepted on the Platform for all financial transactions.
• "Platform" means the abn8 website at https://abn8.cam, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a User on any game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or abn8 policy.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the abn8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. abn8 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities. This requirement applies regardless of any lower age limits that may exist in your local jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the abn8 Platform or any other gaming platform in circumstances that would render your registration a breach of applicable terms.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of abn8, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently receiving treatment for a gambling disorder or addiction.

Account Registration & KYC

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the abn8 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or identity used. abn8 reserves the right to merge or immediately close any duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

abn8 conducts KYC verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank account registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation for high-volume transactions, where required by abn8's compliance team.

Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal functionality restricted until documentation is provided and verified.

Terms of Use

Your use of the abn8 Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases, or associated systems.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way that circumvents normal gameplay or transaction processes.
• You will not exploit bugs, errors, or technical faults in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to abn8 support immediately. Winnings derived from known or suspected technical errors will be voided.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, cheating, or match-fixing in relation to any game or wagering market available on the Platform.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and that abn8 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any wager placed.

The abn8 Platform is available for access from mobile and desktop devices. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the abn8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment channels are currently supported:

• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX — applicable to all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay.

Minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits are determined by your account tier and KYC verification status. abn8 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) minutes for fully verified accounts using DuitNow or FPX. Processing times for e-wallets may vary. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the deposit source require additional verification. abn8 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending compliance review.

Bonuses & Promotions

abn8 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be converted to real-money funds through wagering before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, game weightings, minimum odds restrictions (for sportsbook bonuses), and validity periods apply to all bonuses. These details are specified per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• abn8 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• Players who have opted out of bonus programmes are not entitled to claim bonuses retroactively after an opt-out period.
• Referral bonuses are paid only upon successful verification and first qualifying deposit by the referred individual. Self-referrals are prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. abn8 reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where any of the following conduct is detected:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with abn8.
• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate fraud, or conduct any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy services, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Sharing account credentials with other persons or allowing third parties to access or operate your Account.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies, matched betting using Platform bonuses, or any systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward abn8 staff or other players in any Platform communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the abn8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video files, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the property of abn8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of abn8.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate termination of your licence and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abn8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to gaming activities.

abn8 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Platform and its use are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, abn8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

abn8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• abn8 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the Account.
• The Account holder fails to complete or pass the required KYC verification process.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder or received from a recognised responsible gambling authority.
• Continued operation of the Account would create regulatory or legal risk for abn8.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting abn8 support at [email protected]. Upon closure of a valid Account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gambling

abn8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Amendments to Terms

abn8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, abn8 will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' notice to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or additions that do not create new obligations for the User) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect any amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

abn8 does not represent or warrant that the Platform or its services are lawful, appropriate, or available for use in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from territories where online gambling is prohibited is the sole responsibility of the accessing User. abn8 expressly disclaims any liability arising from such access.

Players accessing abn8 from within Malaysia do so subject to their own assessment of the applicable legal framework and assume full personal responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws or regulations.
